Add application exception to AVG Internet Security firewall

  • In the system tray (bottom right of screen), left click the AVG Internet Security icon.
  • Click Options, Firewall settings…

  • Click Applications.
  • Scroll down to PDAgentClient.

  • Left click the Block action and choose Allow.

  • Click Apply.
