Embedded device user auto-logout timeout

HP Futuresmart

  • In a web browser, go to the printer’s web interface.
  • Sign in to the Administrator settings.
  • Click General.
  • Under Control Panel Customization, click Display Settings.
  • Enter a value in the Inactivity Timeout textbox and click Apply.

Konica Minolta

The no-activity timeout will move any screen back to the default screen and if it’s already on the default screen it will log the user out. To change this setting:

  • In a web browser, go to the printer’s web interface.
  • Sign in to the Administrator settings.
  • Click System Settings > Reset Settings > System Auto Reset.
  • Enter the number of minutes of no activity after which the user will be auto-logged out in the System Auto Reset Time textbox.
  • Click OK.

Lexmark

  • In a web browser, go to the printer’s web interface.
  • In the left menu option list, click Settings.
  • Click Device.
  • Expand Preferences.
  • Change the value in the Screen Timeout
  • Click Save.
